Youth Athletic Club Classes: Classes are offered after-school for a 60 minute class to allow the younger people to participate in athletics and impower their overall fitness. Classes are created to be fun while instilling injury prevention, stamina, focus, good sportmanship and gaining confidence in a positve and safe environment. 

High Performance Athletic PRograms: Classes are geared toward the more advanced athlete.
