Athletic PROgram

The Athletic PROgrams are designed to provide athletes and non athletes with state of the art training techniques guaranteed to optimize performance and prevent injury. 

The Athletic PROgram focuses on
Dynamic Stretching,  Isometric Exercises, Core Work, Resistance Training, 
Agility and Quickness Exercises, Interval Trainnig for Sport, Power Training,
 Plyometric Training, Muscular Endurance, Circiut Training, and Flexibility. 


Our techniques will unlock your full potential as an athlete or non athlete. 
If you  are trying out for a team or maybe you  are already an awesome
 player but want gain that edge? 

No matter what your goal is, we design custom 
PROgrams for your skill, age, level, and profession.

  

After- school Athletics:  Classes, Private, and Semi- Privates are offered after-school for a 60 minute class to allow the younger people to participate in athletics and empower their overall fitness. Classes are created to be fun while instilling injury prevention, stamina, focus, good sportsmanship 
and gaining confidence in a positive and safe environment. 
 
One Hour Private Sessions Available M- F 
3:30, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30, and 7:30pm
Saturdays 9:00, 10:00, 11:00
