About Tennis Boot Camp:
Tennis Bootcamp is structured to the novice and advanced player looking to learn tennis or improve their tennis skills. In this class you will learn all tennis strokes and mechanics.
Tennis Bootcamp incorporates movement, balance, strength training, agility exercises, core work, plyometrics, partner drills, and much more to improve your overall fitness and having fun in a safe environment
***We encourage every participant new to tennis and fitness training to arrange a private lesson to
prepare yourself for the class****
Where: Toluca Lake
What to bring: Tennis racket, water, and a exercise/yoga mat.
(If you don't have a racket one can be provided)
What to wear: Please wear comfortable workout clothes and either CrossTrainer, Basketball, or Tennis shoes.
(Please NO Running shoes- they are not made for lateral movements and can cause injury.)
